It's 2 things...

So its the final game of the season. To some teams in the playoffs it doesn't mean a thing, like Boston. But there are two things Penguins fans are eagerly anticipating.

  1. Art Ross: Tonight Geno can seal the deal tonight and win his first ever Art Ross trophy. Currently 4 points ahead of Ovie its almost a sure thing at this point. Pensburgh has done a great job at analyzing how both Geno and Ovie have fared against their respective opponents tonight. So if the outcome matches statistics Pens fans will have the trophy back where it belongs.

  1. 4th Spot: It may be a long shot but if the Devils can beat the Canes tonight (likely) and the Flyers need to lose both of their remaining games, (not likely) then we'll seal the 4th spot and play the Flyers in first round and get home ice. I'll be honest I'm kind of optimistic about how this will fare. Though the Islanders are playing like the Detroit Lions, they may be able to pull this one off. And the Rangers have the capability and firepower.
Projected lines for tonight:

Forwards
Kunitz-Crosby-Guerin
Fedotenko-Malkin-Sykora
Cooke-Staal-Kennedy
Dupuis-Talbot-Godard

Defense
Orpik-Gonchar
Letang-Eaton
Scuderi-Gill
(Boucher)

Netminder
Fleury

Here is a video of their last meeting on February 19th in our 5-4 win.
