(Photo: Getty Images)After a solid win Wednesday night to open the preseason campaign over the Red Wings, or Dead Wings as I prefer, another Western Conference Central Division team graces their presence to Pittsburgh...the Chicago Blackhawks.
Can we just for a moment pause at the storm on the ice last night that was named Geno. He scores 50 goals this season. The Soviet beast (1G, 1A, +2) was first start of the game last night. He must break you.
Second half of the Pens roster will dress tonight including names like Staal, Kennedy, Michalek, Lovejoy, Tangradi, Letestu, and MATT COOKE. It will be Cookie's first game in eons. Will be great to see him playing again.
The Hawks bring a bunch of no names in to play tonight except a familiar foe named Dan Carcillo. No question someone is dropping gloves with him tonight. What a clown.
This game again is on NHL Network if you're out of the Pittsburgh market. Go Pens.
